Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beefurb account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all chargers, accessories, and documentation that were included in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
